About Hyper Zonex

What we do

Hyper Zonex is an online jewelry retailer. We sell everyday women's jewelry: necklaces, earrings, rings and bracelets, chosen from independent jewelry brands. We keep the range focused on pieces you can wear daily and stack with what you already own.

Who makes our jewelry

We do not design or manufacture jewelry ourselves. Every piece we sell is made by another company, and each product page names that brand, for example ChicSilver, IMOLOVE, GEMMANCE or Carffordo.

Hyper Zonex is an independent retailer. We are not an official store of, and we are not affiliated with or authorized by, any of the brands we carry. Materials and markings described on our product pages are as stated by the brand that makes the piece.

How orders are shipped

Orders are packed and dispatched from our supplier's warehouse in China. We do not hold stock in the United States. This is why delivery takes 11 to 17 business days rather than the two days you would get from a domestic warehouse.

We would rather tell you this plainly than let a delivery estimate surprise you after you have paid. Full timings are on our Shipping Policy page.

Import duties are included in the price you see. Nothing extra is collected on delivery.

Who runs this store

Hyper Zonex is a trading name of FABRIK COMMERCE LLC, a limited liability company registered in Montana, United States.

Registered address:
1001 S MAIN ST STE 600

This is our registered agent's address and is used for business mail only. It is not a shop, a showroom or a warehouse, and it is not open to visitors. Please do not send returns there. Returns go to the U.S. returns address on our Returns & Refunds page.

If something is wrong

You have 30 days from delivery to return an item. We pay for the return label and we do not charge a restocking fee. If a piece arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, send us a photo and we will fix it with a replacement or a full refund, including the original shipping.
