This is a registered address for company correspondence. It is not a shop, a showroom, or a warehouse, and it is not open to visitors. Please do not send returns there — returns go to the address on our Returns & Refunds page.
How our jewelry is made and shipped
We work with a manufacturing partner based in China. They produce our pieces and dispatch orders directly from their warehouse overseas. This is why delivery takes 11 to 17 business days rather than the two days you would get from a domestic warehouse, and it is also why we can price the way we do.
We would rather tell you this plainly than let a delivery estimate surprise you after you have paid. Full timings are on our Shipping Policy page.
Import duties are included in the price you see. Nothing extra is collected on delivery.
If something is wrong
You have 30 days from delivery to return anything. We pay for the return label and we do not charge a restocking fee. If a piece arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, send us a photo and we will fix it — replacement or full refund, including the original shipping.
