Shipping Policy

Where we ship from

Hyper Zonex is operated by FABRIK COMMERCE LLC. Our jewelry is made by our manufacturing partner in China, and every order is packed and dispatched from that partner's warehouse in China. We do not hold stock in the United States, and we do not operate a retail store, showroom, or warehouse at our registered business address in Montana.

This is the reason delivery takes 11 to 17 business days rather than the two days you would get from a domestic warehouse. We would rather say so here than let it surprise you after you have paid.

Where we ship to

We ship to the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, D.C.

We are not able to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, other U.S. territories, or military addresses (APO, FPO, DPO). If you enter one of these addresses at checkout, no shipping rate will be offered.

We do deliver to P.O. Boxes. Orders addressed to a P.O. Box are sent with USPS, because FedEx does not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

How long it takes

All timeframes below are in business days (Monday to Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays).

Processing: 3 to 5 business days. This is the time we need to pick, quality-check and pack your order.
Transit: 8 to 12 business days.
Total estimated delivery: 11 to 17 business days from the day you order.

Orders placed after 6:00 PM MT, or on a Saturday or Sunday, begin processing on the next business day.

What shipping costs

Standard shipping is a flat $7.95 per order.
Shipping is free on orders of $60 or more. The $60 threshold is calculated on your order total after any discount codes are applied.

Carriers and tracking

We ship with USPS and FedEx. You will receive a tracking number by email once your parcel is handed to the carrier. Tracking can take 1 to 3 business days to begin updating after you receive the number.

Duties, taxes and the price you pay

Because your order ships from China, import duties apply — but they are already included in the price shown on our product pages. You will not be asked to pay any additional customs charge when your parcel is delivered.

We do not add sales tax at checkout. The total shown on the checkout page is the total you pay.

Changing or cancelling an order

You can cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it. Email support@hyperzonex.com with your order number. After 24 hours your order may already be on its way and we may not be able to stop it.

Delayed or missing parcels

If tracking has not updated for 7 business days, or your estimated delivery window has passed, email support@hyperzonex.com with your order number and we will open an enquiry with the carrier.

Returns

Returns do not go back to China. They are received at our returns facility in Lawrenceville, Georgia, and we pay for the label. Full details on our Returns & Refunds page.
