This website is operated by FABRIK COMMERCE LLC, trading as Hyper Zonex ("we", "us", "our"). By placing an order or using this website you agree to these terms.

1. Who we are

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order. You must provide a delivery address within the 48 contiguous United States or Washington, D.C.

3. Products and descriptions

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Screens vary, so colors may appear slightly different from the physical item. Measurements are approximate and may vary within normal manufacturing tolerance. If an item is materially different from its description, our Returns & Refunds policy applies.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are in U.S. dollars and include import duties. We do not add sales tax at checkout. Payment is processed by Stripe; we do not store your card details. We may correct pricing errors and cancel affected orders with a full refund.

5. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send the confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is unavailable, the address is outside our shipping area, or we suspect fraud — and we will refund you in full.

7. Returns

Our Returns & Refunds policy forms part of these terms. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under applicable consumer protection law.

8. Intellectual property

The Hyper Zonex name, logo, site design and original content are our property. You may not copy or reuse them commercially without our written permission.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to use this site to break the law, to interfere with its operation or security, or to scrape or reproduce its content for a competing service.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim connected with an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force when you place an order is the version that applies to that order. The "last updated" date above shows when this page last changed.
