The short version

You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return. We pay for return shipping and send you a free return label. There is no restocking fee.

Returns go to our U.S. returns address in Lawrenceville, Georgia. You are not sending anything back to China.

What can be returned

Changed your mind. The item must be unworn, in its original condition, and returned with the original jewelry box or pouch and any tags that came with it.

Item arrived damaged, faulty, or is not what you ordered. Email us photos of the item and the packaging. We will replace it or refund you in full, including the original shipping charge. You do not need the original packaging for this.

What cannot be returned

For hygiene reasons, pierced earrings cannot be returned once the sealed packaging has been opened, unless the item is faulty or was sent in error.

Personalized items made to your specification cannot be returned unless faulty or sent in error.

How to start a return

Email support@hyperzonex.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and tell us which item you are returning and why. If the item is faulty, attach photos.
We reply within 24 hours with a prepaid return label.
Pack the item securely, attach the label, and drop the parcel off with the carrier shown on the label.

Please wait for the label before sending anything back. Parcels returned without a label from us cannot be matched to your order.

This address receives returned parcels only. It is not a store or a warehouse, it does not hold stock, and it is not open to visitors. The full address, including any suite or mailbox number, is printed on the prepaid label we send you. Please use that label rather than writing the address yourself.

Exchanges

We exchange for a different size or color subject to availability. Tell us in your first email which size or color you want and we will confirm whether it is available before you send anything back.

Refunds

Who pays return shipping: we do. The return label is free and there is no restocking fee.
The original $7.95 shipping charge: this is not refunded when you return an item because you changed your mind. It is refunded in full if the item was faulty or was sent in error.
When we issue the refund: within 5 to 7 business days of your return arriving at our returns address.
When it reaches your account: your bank or card issuer typically takes a further 3 to 10 business days to post the credit. That part is outside our control.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. We cannot refund to a different card or account.
